Contrairement à ce qui est publié sur le site web, le menu et la carte des vins offrent un choix assez limité. Il y aurait lieu de revoir le tout en proposant plus de sandwiches et de salades à l'heure du lunch et aussi un menu du jour.
Unfortunately, we had a few issues that left a bit of a bad impression which is unfortunate because the food and drinks were great.
We arrived and nothing was set up (although we have been planning this dinner with Lydia for months) the waitress had no idea we were having a sit down dinner and when confronted about the situation she reacted in a negative & impolite manner and through out the night she neglected to refill drinks and dismissed our request to pack our left overs. The service was not given adequately as any other restaurant would (and I am talking the most basic resto bars). One of our guests spoke to the manager and he was completely rude to her and did not attempt to resolve or even apologize for an obvious mistake on the part of the restaurant staff. We are deeply disappointed as we have given our business to Houston's for years and unfortunately we will not be returning. All that to say that guy was a HUGE JERK, the staff should be better trained, taught some basic manners and overall change the negative energy because us the customers are the ones paying and should be spoken to with basic respect and dealt with common courtesy. (you should also probably make an English party menu just in case someone does not understand French)
We had a reservation for 25 ppl in the private room.
Service wasn't good. Servers never came to refill our water pitchers, slow to take away food, never came to ask for coffee and desserts. We had to go get our own steak knives from a bucket since no waiters came to distribute them when our food arrived.
The food was excellent and the service was pretty good.
Its hard to have a discussion between friends because of the level of the music is too high.
The coffee was weak.

The food was good but the service was really slow, it took more than 1 hour to take our order.
I recently hosted a Client event - Happy Hour, The Houston team was great from the time a made the reservation to the time we signed off. Erin and Jasmines took really good care of us and made sure our guests were well taken care of. I would host another event at this restaurant.

Good experience overall. The waitress at the reception was overwhelmed with phone calls and couldn't attend to the guests for a good 5-10 minutes. Not her fault, she did the best she could. But at least 3-4 staffers saw the jam she was in and did nothing to help (her, nor the clients waiting; at one point, there was 4-5 groups of 2-3 persons). As a result, I had to wait 15 minutes at the welcome desk to get to the table I had reserved. Other than that, everything was great.
Slow and unfavorable service; subpar food. My dietary restriction was ignored after I mentioned it to the server. It took 15 minutes before someone asked me if I wanted a drink upon arrival, even though the restaurant was empty. Lunch menu tartare meal was bland and highly overpriced.
