Endroit sans ambiance particulière, sans musique. Le service est lent & par moment on a l'impression de se faire ignorer par rapport aux ami.e.s ou habitué.e.s de la place. Il m'est arrivé de quitter l'endroit avant de passer ma commande pour cette raison. Les bubbles thea sont corrects mais d'autres endroits de ce genre se démarquent plus.

Malheureusement, le service était plus qu'ordinaire. Aucun contact visuel, sourire forcé (quand il y en avait un!), nous coupait la parole. Bref, quand une enfant de 11 ans demande "pourquoi la fille est bête de même avec nous", c'est que ça ne passe pas inaperçu. Dommage, c'est un endroit que j'aime bien, mais ce service me mérite pas les 35km que je dois faire pour m'y rendre.

Super chaleureux, les meilleurs employés, Super souriant & sympa. Je recommande, endroit vraiment bien pour passer du temps entre amis ou même pour étudier, juste à côté du cegep de joliette & du parking du centre ville. Je recommande vraiment le poke au poulet teriyaki! & leur bingsu au Matcha est vraiment délicieux! Côté bubble tea, je prend toujours le thé au lait & sucre brun avec tapioca, mais ils ont un large choix tout aussi bon les uns que les autres!

Le goût des bubble teas était bon mais pas beaucoup de bubble (tapioca) si on compare à certains compétiteur. Service acceptable sans plus , pas super souriant comme employés.
