Honi Honi... one of my absolute favorite bars! This place truly is a Gem. Scott the owner is such a friendly person & very much into the operation of the bar. All the bartenders there are just top notch 👌. I highly highly recommend heading on down & enjoying some cocktails & specially some beer battered fries!!!Voir plus

Once again, another place that deserves to become an Edmonton establishment. This is the most organized, efficient, entertaining, & enjoyable bar that I have seen in Edmonton. This place does not take shortcuts & it pays off. Watching the bartenders work is as enjoyable as watching any artistic endeavor. I spent 20 minutes looking for something that they could do better, & I couldn't find a thing. I ended up spending 20 min smiling like a fool finding little joys & nodding approvals. Why go to Icehouse or Banquet when you can have an incredible experience at Honi Honi. I will be surprised if I am able to get in here without a reservation in the future! 100/100! I've been to Honi Honi several times & always had an amazing time. Honestly the best drinks I've had in Edmonton, & they certainly don't skimp on the alcohol. It's a lot of fun, the service is always top notch. I find the design & decor to be lots of fun. The food has always been sub par in my opinion, but I don't let that reflect on them as it's from the place next door. The last time I went it did seem to improve though. Honi Honi is great. Great atmoshpere & the drinks are strong & tasty. The food is the only real down side. It's not BAD, but it's not worth bothering with in my opinion. Also, on busy weekends there seems to be perhaps one fewer servers than maybe there should be. But not a giant deal. Make sure you try the Rum Barrel, easily the best cocktail on the menu.Voir plus

One of my favourites in the city. Book reservations if needed on Instagram (typically not need from my experience). Good high quality snack food & the drinks are unreal. Almost hesitant to promote them as it's a great hole in the wall & I want to keep them to myself. That being said they deserve the glowing review. Great date night spot fellas. Honi Honi has an awesome atmosphere, especially in the middle of winter. You could almost forget that you live in Edmonton. The service is always great, & the drinks hit the spot. I've only eaten here a few times, as the food sometimes changes, & I am a picky eater. They had an ahi tuna nacho dish a few months ago, which was amazing. Best vibe in town. They've absolutely nailed the tiki bar culture here. Incredible bartenders & owner who are passionate about their craft. I hesitate to encourage others to discover this hidden gem, but it's more important that they succeed than my selfish desire to enjoy the intimate nature of the venue.Voir plus
Ainsley, Travis, Olivia & Scott were all amazing. The drinks are fantastic, some of the most balanced & flavorful cocktails we've ever had. The service is phenomenal. My wife & I were in Edmonton for two nights & we had to go back for a second consecutive night. The second night was busy right before the start of the Oilers game, at first we didn't think we would be seated; we started walking to another spot & the owner chased us down as a seat had opened up(even though we were in MInnesota Wild jerseys).
