Le meilleur restaurant vietnamien que je connaisse à Montréal.
Accueil toujours agréable & souriant, service efficace & sympathique.
Les meilleurs pâtés impériaux de Montréal, les soupes, les bun, le boeuf à la citronnelle, etc...
Je le regretterai car nous quittons le pays
I'm from Toronto & was really interested in trying different types of Vietnamese food in Montreal.
The grilled pork with rice cakes & shrimp crackers was delicious. This kind of dish isn't available to order in Toronto.
I also tried the beef rolls. They were bursting with flavour. I loved the sauce & wrapping all the goodies inside rice paper.
Will definitely come back again!
Broth lacking flavour, all toppings in the pho are plain & very disappointing
Amazing soup. Had a takeout option & food was still warm & delicious.
THE BEST Vietnamese restaurants in Montreal.
I've been going there for over 30 years, & the quality has remained consistently excellent. It's a very simple, no-frills place, but the food speaks for itself.
Important tip: Go for their Mì Hoài H??ng, Bánh Xèo or explore the lesser known Vietnamese dishes in their menu. Their crispy noodle (Mì Xào Giòn) is especially outstanding.
What really sets this place apart is the variety. They offer a wide selection of Vietnamese dishes that you won't easily find elsewhere in Montreal, which makes it a great spot if you want to try something different beyond the usual options.
Service is also great-same staff for years, always welcoming, friendly, & smiling.
Overall, a true hidden gem & a must-try for anyone who loves REAL Vietnamese food.
My dad knows the owner - the chef - from their college days so we regularly visit for the authentic Vietnamese food for over 40 years already. The food & service never disappoints whether it's for a special occasion like celebrating a birthday or simply going out for dinner with family. As for the ambiance, c'est convivial. La musique n'est pas trop forte & tout le monde discute doucement.
I had the #25 Th?t N??ng, Ch? Giò, Bánh H?i & it was delicious! For the price paid, the portion was more than generous, the waiter was really nice, & the service was super fast (probably waited 10 minutes max). I would definitely come back here to try other dishes.
