Very poor reception ..... no greeting from the staff they kept passingby (over 10 minutes kept looking at us without a word)...we had to ask them to be served .... no water over 15 mins....Do not take the calamari reference in the pictures other then that pizza was 7/10 dough was on the mushier side.. spicy oil was basically oil... great wine selection. Not coming back

Review mix. D'un côté, j'appelle pour m'assurer qu'ils ont de la place pour 2 personnes, on me dit qu'on peut nous accommoder au bar seulement. On voit des walk in pas de réservation se faire donner une table & des tables vides tout au long du service. La pizza était très bonne, les pâtes étaient pas mangeable. Le verre de vin a 16$ était genre 6oz. Une pizza pour emporter ça passe mais je n'y retournerais pas.

The pizza was okay, but visiting Heirloom was the first time I had drinks come out after the food did (& there were only 3 of them)! I can't say the drinks were worth the wait either - they tasted like straight liquor.

I ordered the Margarita, & Cipolla Pizza's, & a side of Olives.
I couldn't decide what to order for a drink so I just got a classic I used to get.

A Shirley Temple. 9/10 tasted better than it looked. Though maybe it's because I haven't had one in quite some time.

The pizza's arrived at in acceptable span of time, the staff was very polite, & helpful.

The pizza's were better than expected, the staff brought out a'Spicy Oil. Which personally wasn't too spicy (If at all) but I'll assume it differs depending on consumer tolerance, & you could taste the fact that they made it in house, not like the'Order online' style restaurants that frequent much of our modern world nowadays. (But they were also thinner than say Dominos or Pizza Hut. But you still feel full due to the healthier ingredients & the quantity of said ingredients they add on top)

The atmosphere was pretty enjoyable, & the restaurant was surprisingly quiet (Then again, perhaps I came at a less busy time than most often).

It's located in a very bustling area, graffiti decorated the nearby fellow brick buildings. Shops. Food.

I've noticed that the photos used to show the restaurant. Are incorrect as they may be outdated or they don't show the entirety of it, so keep that in mind if travelling here.

All in all, it's a nice cozy little pizza shop. If you have time to sit down & you don't mind a thinner pizza.
Then this is a very good option.

4/5 Stars. Could see myself coming again.

On a pris la pizza pepperoni. C'était bon mais rien d'extraordinaire. La pâte a bon goût mais ça reste plutôt banale. Peut-être que ce resto est devenu surcoté. Ce n'est pas la première visite mais c'est la dernière pour nous.

Un très beau petit restaurant au coeur de la rue Ontario! L'endroit est charmant, chaleureux & parfait pour un repas entre amis ou en couple.

Les pizzas sont excellentes, tout comme les entrées & les pâtes. Tout ce que nous avons goûté était savoureux & bien préparé.

Le personnel est accueillant, gentil & offre un très bon service.

Une belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter!
