Excellent food, Fresh & delicious! The two workers who helped me were super friendly & helpful.
Amazing Korean spot in Ahuntsic! Everything we ordered was delicious. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.
The Korean fried chicken was very good & tender. The worker was very nice.Nice decoration & display
Nourriture super bonne, bon décor & service souriant! Le bibimpap au boeuf est super 🤩& le tout est assez abordable, certaines entrées juste un peu chères mais délicieuses.
This is a cozy little family owned restaurant. The food was flavourful & like a home cooked meal. I lived in Korea & found this restaurant to be authentic. We had the bulgogi & tofu stew.
Such a warm & welcoming space. Food was tasty, & the portions were just right. I'll definitely return.
So great to have such a nice place in Youville! The food is great, the staff are so nice, & the atmosphere is fun. They also sell kitschy little Korean items like tiny ramen bowls, pens, & k-pop memorabilia. My son loved looking at it all!
Highly recommend
Great food, services & people
I recommend their lunchbox
The seated dinning is just as good
Small place with real people, this neighborhood definitely need more places like these
Tried Hansik in Villeray for my sister's birthday & it was amazing! Cozy decor with a retro vibe, friendly service, & super comforting Korean dishes. Loved the garlic soy & creamy onion fried chicken served in shovel plate! Everything from the rosée tteokbokki to the cheese tonkatsu hit the spot. Generous portions, great flavors, & real K-drama vibes. A hidden gem for Korean food in Montreal!
Hansik on Rue Lajeunesse is a cozy, family-owned Korean restaurant with a warm, inviting vibe & genuinely kind staff. Their spicy chicken is packed with flavor, the bibimbap is freshly made, & the bulgogi dishes-whether with noodles or in a lunch box, are perfectly marinated. Don't miss the tteok-bokki if you love a good spicy kick. It's a great spot for comforting, authentic Korean food in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Highly recommended!
I got a take out of their fried chicken for dinner once, apparently the dinner menu is different from the lunch menu with different prices from both menus. Since the fried chicken tasted good so I went again to try their lunch menu, which is cheaper as they're in a set.
I had the Lunchbox Combo & chosen spicy pork, apparently as an Asian I don't feel spicy at all but I don't mind. It tasted like home cooked food & the portion was just precisely enough for me. One thing to highlight is I loved the mandu (fried dumpling) in the Lunchbox Combo so much!!! It tasted so good.
The owner is very humble, friendly & super keen to enhance customers experience as they're newly opened, he would like to hear more feedback so he could better adjust to customer needs.
Before I left, he asked if I was a Kpop fan & what Kpop group I like then gave me stickers of my favorite Blackpink.
Honestly the food left a lot to be desired. The fried chicken was the most over battered chicken I've ever had. Literally a 5 mm crust all around. The pork bulgogi had a very off putting taste. The sundubu pork kimchi was tasteless & the fried seaweed rolls were again over battered & full of oil. Please stop over battering your food! It's really too bad. I wanted to like this place given that it's the only korean restaurant in the area.
Poulet katsu & crevettes panées délicieux. Personnel très agréable. Lieu calme.
Formidable restaurant de quartier. La nourriture est excellente & le personnel extrêmement sympathique ♥?
On reviendra assurément !
