Amazing experience at Habibiz! The service was outstanding from start to finish-friendly, attentive, & genuinely welcoming. The staff goes above & beyond to make you feel comfortable & taken care of. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of the best service experiences I've had. Highly recommend!

Franchement, super expérience chez Habibiz. J'y suis allé avec des amis sans trop savoir à quoi m'attendre & on a été vraiment agréablement surpris.
L'ambiance est posée, pas trop bruyante, parfaite pour discuter tranquille. La déco est simple mais efficace, ça donne un vibe chaleureux. Les chichas sont vraiment bonnes, la fumée est smooth & les goûts tiennent bien dans le temps, pas comme dans certains endroits où ça crame vite.
Le staff est cool, pas fake, ils prennent le temps de t'expliquer & de te conseiller sans te mettre de pression. On a été bien servis du début à la fin.
Honnêtement, ça fait plaisir de trouver un spot comme ça. Je vais clairement revenir.
The second I arrived, no one was there to greet & seat you. Finally was told to just sit anywhere. Ordered a hookah lemon mint. It was OK, a little dead, not much smoke. 45 minutes passed & the server did not once come to ask me if everything was OK or if I needed new coals. Seemed like they only had 2 People working.
The workers are also too invested in people they already know who are there & take care of them more.
I eventually just left without getting new coals as I just didnt want to wait any longer. The ventilation in the restaurant is not great also.
Id suggest staying away.

Je passe de très bon moment à Habibiz. L'ambiance est sympa, mais surtout un grand merci à la serveuse Zahra qui est vraiment au top : accueillante, rapide & toujours avec le sourire. Service impeccable du début à la fin !
Le service était déplorable. On a attendu quinze minutes pour avoir une place, & finalement, ils ont fait venir un autre groupe. Ils nous ont complètement ignorés. C'était une mauvaise expérience
