Our Story
Darasack Chef, owner of L'Atelier Sushi, wanted to offer a simple Street food menu but lacked space in his kitchen to prepare the dishes. The mix of sushi and this style of food didn't work together. So, he decided to settle on the Turgeon where his 2 restaurants are now located to offer you a small “Snack Bar” menu.
Inspired by several Asian countries, it merges products from here to make you discover that the match is almost perfect. A gastronomic pleasure awaits you!
