L'accueille le service est parfait 5 étoiles !!! Le serveur s'assure que tout se passe bien & j'aime ça le plat principal ma énormément déçue après avoir pris la soupe qui était onctueuse mes attentes était haute & déception. J'avais pris un veau enrobé de bacon & ça goûtait la graisse de bacon brûlé.

Toujours agréable d'être chez Grigio. Elizabeth est la plupart du temps notre serveuse. Elle est exceptionnelle. Polie & super gentille, en plus d'être très efficace.
Excellent repas.Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes aucune critique négative de la part de ces personnes.Le service était attentionné & serveuse de très bonne humeur.Ce fut un très agréable dîner.e recommande ce restaurant,nourriture excellente très grosse portion.
Reservation was for 6h30 .our friend's birthday I enter at 6h. They didn't find the reservation made by my friend's name For 10 people The person who received me was so unpleasant not smiling Not professional at all. We waited for the food until 8h30 We finished the wine 🍷 without eating Then we got mad we told the waiter we are living. He said in 15 minutes food will will be served. To TOP IT ALL. I GAVE THE WAITER MY MONEY TO PAY MY BILL I ASKED FOR CHANGE SO I CAN LEAVE A TIP. HE GIVE ME AN AMOUNT MUCH LESS THAN IT SHOULD IM WAITING FOR HIM TO GIVE ME ALL MY CHANGE HE DOESNT. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE HE TELLS ME THAT THE REST OF THE AMOUNT IS THAT MUCH .... HE KEPT IT & . ASKED ME IF I WANTED IT. WHAT AN IMPOLITE UNPROFESSIOAL RUDE WAITER. HE SHOULD GIVE ME ALL MY CHANGE & I GIVE THE TIP . NOT HIM TO DECIDE TO KEEP PART OF MY MONEY & CHOOSE HIS TIP HIMSELF . HE WAS AFRAID THAT WE WON'T LEAVE GOOD TIP BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE. WE ALL SAID SERVICE IS BIG 0 ZERO. THE ONLY THING THIS WAITER DID IS TAKE OUR ORDER THAN 2 HOURS LATER GIVE US THE PLATES. THEN CHOOSE HIS TIP HIMSELF. BIG ZERO OOO FOOD WAS GOOD BUT TOO MUCH SALT IF YOU HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR YOU DONT EAT OR LIKE SALT TOO BAD FOR YOU.
Excellente cuisine: le spaghetti carbonara, la lasagne, la salade, le dessert ainsi que le service sont soit meilleurs, soit équivalents de ce que nous avons eu en Italie du nord. Alors nous le recommandons mais pas trop quand même; il ne faudrait pas que ça devienne inaccessible.
