The food was excellent. The bavette was the best I ever had, bar none, worlwide. The chef, Larsen insists on quality & you can tasyte the difference. The staff is responsive & friendly. Overall a very festive place. Great terrace, great bar. The bartender, Mayson, was super responsive & served great cocktails. Experience to repeat - definitely.
Sa fais plus de 4 ans je viens ici & le service est IMPECCABLE le propriétaire s'assure on s'amuse il donne des shot gratuit j'étais tellement surprise dans le menu mes deux coup ceour sont les rib eye steak & le mac & cheese au homard 1000/100 je vous jure j'ai jamais goûté un steak qui fond dans la bouche & est BIEN ASSAISONNÉE pour de vrai j'ai tout goûter il en n'a pas un qui n'est pas bon j'adore ce resto c'est parfait pour un date night discret ou aller avec des amis je vous RECOMMENDE 10/10 je n'ai aucun mauvais commentaire à dire & pour le prix des raisonnable le plus cher du menu sont à 52 dollars sa vaut la peine !!!!
What an incredible dining experience at Greasy Spoon in the heart of Mile End, Montreal! The atmosphere is warm, inviting, & beautifully designed-the perfect place to enjoy a memorable meal.
We started with the calamari, which were perfectly crispy & tender. The Greek salad was exceptionally fresh, bursting with flavour & made with quality ingredients. The steak was cooked to perfection-juicy, tender, & full of flavour-& the blackened salmon was absolutely outstanding, perfectly seasoned & cooked just right.
The service was friendly & attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. From the delicious food to the beautiful ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back & highly recommend Greasy Spoon to anyone looking for an exceptional meal in Montreal!

An exceptional restaurant for atmosphere, delicious food & staff who go above & beyond. The kind, caring staff were very attentive to dietary needs & the food was delicious. We would highly recommend this restaurant for a great evening out.
Dog friendly! Emma was extremely accommodating & friendly with our pup on the patio.
The food was delicious, & good portions. Don't let the'greasy spoon' nomenclature fool you, it's more refined than you'd expect!
Had an amazing experience dining here with a large group of business partners, & I have to say everything exceeded expectations. Managing a big group is never easy, but the staff handled it flawlessly from beginning to end. Service was truly 10/10 - attentive, professional, organized, & made sure every detail was taken care of without us ever having to ask twice.
The food was outstanding, easily 10/10 - every dish came out on time, fresh, & full of flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, perfectly prepared & complemented the evening really well.
Overall, they made a large group feel effortless & gave us an experience that felt both smooth & premium. Highly recommend for business dinners, celebrations, or any large gathering. We'll definitely be coming back.
