J'ai pris le rigatoni au boeuf braisé. Très bon. Portion généreuse. Mon conjoint à moins aimé le choix du chef (cannelloni aux fruits de mer). Il s'attendait à retrouver des morceaux de pétoncles, crevettes, homard dans la farce. Ce n'était pas le cas. Très déçue de la portion de calmar en table d'hôte. Quelques rondelles asséchées, dure. On cherchait la chair. Entrée décevante.
