Gazette Bistro Bar, located at the corner of Saint-Antoine and Saint-Pierre in Old Montréal, directly across from the Palais des congrès, embraces a farm-to-table philosophy rooted in local terroir.

Led by Executive Chef Paul Little, the menu evolves constantly, reimagining classic ingredients like meat, fish, and seasonal produce through a contemporary lens. We had a burger & crudo de thon; the food was fine but the ambiance & choice of music are weird. I was expecting something more refreshing & chic but it is more travelling in the 90s…not necessarily bad but just obsolete.

This was not what we were expecting. The food was amazingly delicious & the presentation was spectacular! To top it off they were playing 80s music. Awesome service! Thank you for an unforgettable dining experience! 🥰🙏💕

Ask for Anthony or Kyle! You will be treated like family. No matter where in Montréal we are, we always come to see them when we're in the city or even the outskirts. It would be a very different place without those 2. They are the reason we return.

Please please please keep the passion fruit martini. That suggestion made the indecisive girl disappear.

First note, this place is not cheap. The service & atmosphere was excellent & the food exceptional. Great menu when it comes to dietary restrictions, well written. Would definitely go back.

Mon amie & moi sommes venues dans ce restaurant le jour de l'An, & mon amie a oublié son sac à main. L'hôtesse a couru après nous dans la rue pour s'assurer qu'elle le récupère. Un grand bravo à cette hôtesse qui travaillait aujourd'hui à 11 h ! Merci :)

We went during the Montreal à la table festival, where we had a 4 course menu for 50 CAD. Everything was super good, & the wine too! We specially liked their onion & foie soup. The only bad points were the timing of serving, very long for a closed menu & a bit the atmosphere, I would have turned off the tv & perhaps give families with kids a closer table.

Ate here well staying at the hotel. The bar service was great, very attentive bartender. Went for dinner on a Saturday night & it was very very busy, managed to get a table & the food was very good. The burger was delicious.

Situé sur dans westin du vieux port de Montréal sur la rue Saint Antoine. Joli restaurant, service courtoise, la nourriture très bonne. Menu pour Montréal à table 2024 est abordable. La crème d'oignon est un peu sucré par contre. C'était agréable.
