Honestly, Fiore isn't just dessert-it's a love letter in every scoop. Every flavor is so fresh, authentic, & so rich they taste like summer sunshine blended with real ingredients. Words are just too little - each flavor is so tasty! One bite & you'll swear you've been teleported into gelato heaven :-)

The pistachio & coconut ice cream are incredible! I'd suggest not adding the mini cone to the cups as it tastes like cardboard. Otherwise fully recommend!

Surprisingly refreshing to find an ice cream shop in Montreal even Quebec that uses real fruits & super clean ingredients-no hidden ingredients, no artificial colors or sweeteners 🤩 With so many delicious flavors to choose from (definitely try Sahlab & pistachio), it's a treat you can feel good about.
