Absolutely love going to Etoh! I mostly go there to co-work with my business partner. We love their coffees (both hot & cold), matchas, beers! We also love getting finger foods, & from time to time we get soups or nachos. Everything is tasty & affordable. The servers are very kind & welcoming!! Love going to Etoh 🙌🏽

Je donnerais 0 étoile si c'était possible. Expérience franchement inacceptable. Nous avons fait une simple demande d'accommodement, & le serveur a réagi avec un mépris total : roulements des yeux, ton sec, & une attitude ouvertement arrogante.

Le mec portait une casquette & est facilement identifiable, malheureusement, son attitude l'était encore plus. Le pire a été lorsqu'il nous a presque crié dessus pour qu'on'remercie' un autre client, le tout sur un ton hautain & déplacé. C'est extrêmement malaisant de se faire traiter ainsi alors qu'on reste respectueux.

Ce genre de comportement n'a absolument rien à faire dans le service à la clientèle. Si vous tenez à être traité avec un minimum de respect, passez votre chemin.
