About us
The Hermitage Museum in Saint-Petersburg is world famous. Real gourmets also remember the Hermitage (Ermitage) restaurant in Moscow. It is there, at the end of the XIX century, that French chef Lucien Olivier invented his renowned Russian salad.

Service attentionné, courtois & chaleureux.
Nourriture de tout premier ordre, abondante, variée & exquise! À retenir pour revenir souvent d'autant plus que le stationnement à proximité est facile!

Visited Ermitage with my boyfriend last night. I've lived in Canada for 11 years now but am Russian-Ukrainian. The taste of food really hit home for me. I highly recommend this restaurant for some truly authentic Russian homemade food including Borchtch, Solianka & Chicken Kiev. You must have a slice of Medovik for dessert, it is to die for.

via LibroThe food was excellent, particularly the fish appetizer in the tasting menu for two. We ordered the wapiti & the lamb & they were both very good. I loved our server; she was this amazing Russian woman, very too the point but made excellent recommendations. The ambiance is charming.

Ambiance calme & propice à la conversation lors d'une soirée en semaine (les fins de semaine y sont plus animées). Accueil chaleureux, très professionnel & sans esbroufe.. Décor original & cosy. On sent que tout cela est animé par des gens qui aiment ce qu'ils font & qui savent le faire partager. Un de mes restaurants préférés à Montréal.
