Mon récent déjeuner au Eggsquis à Magog a laissé une empreinte mitigée. L'absence de napperon & de crème sur la table a ajouté une nuance décevante au cadre. Toutefois, la serveuse, Marie-Claude, a brillé par son professionnalisme, apportant une touche positive à l'expérience. Du point de vue culinaire, les patates bien assaisonnées ont compensé les oeufs exceptionnellement médiocres, qui étaient un peu secs & tièdes. Le bacon, bien que légèrement sec, a été contrebalancé par le délice du jambon & du creton. Le café, correct mais sans éclat particulier, a complété cette palette de saveurs. Optant pour l'assiette Spécial Expert, j'ai navigué à travers une diversité de goûts, offrant des moments de satisfaction malgré quelques irrégularités. En somme, l'expérience au Eggsquis à Magog a été une toile de nuances, où les aspects positifs & les défauts se sont entrelacés, créant une symphonie gustative complexe.
