About

Dizz's Bagel specializes in the preparation of traditional hand-rolled bagels boiled in honey-infused water and baked in a wood-fired oven for a distinctive chewy texture. The menu features an extensive selection of artisanal cream cheeses alongside various house-cured salmon preparations. Guests find an array of cold-cut sandwich options crafted on fresh-baked rolls paired with crisp vegetable salads using locally sourced ingredients. The kitchen maintains high standards for dough fermentation to ensure the signature crust remains perfectly golden. Review Summary

Dizz's Bagel is widely recognized as a charming destination in Pointe Claire Village, celebrated for its fresh, flavorful bagels, creative sandwich combinations, and exceptional house-made cream cheese spreads. Many patrons appreciate the friendly service, the inviting atmosphere of the outdoor terraces, and the convenience of a welcoming environment that accommodates families and dogs. While the majority of visitors consider the food delicious and high-quality, some feedback highlights concerns regarding the premium pricing and occasional inconsistency with specific items like latkes. Despite varying opinions on value and menu choices, the establishment remains a popular local favorite for breakfast and lunch.

Dizz's is a great spot for bagel breakfast sandwiches, pastries, & obviously, their bagel selection. As an ex-Montreal's familiar with true Montreal style bagels, these are excellent. A must visit in the area

I ordered an OG bagel through Uber Eats, & it arrived with visible MOLD!!!! The mold was all over the cheese. This order was placed at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, which makes it very hard to believe that the person preparing the bagel didn't notice it.

When I opened the sandwich, I immediately saw green spots on the cheese. This is extremely concerning. I strongly urge the owners to speak with their staff, as this should never have been served to a customer.

I've been 3-4 times, & the bagel sandwiches I've had have never disappointed. The staff & location are lovely, no complaints.

That said, I don't think I'll be returning. On Sunday I got their crispy chicken sandwich on challah (it was very decent) with a can of flirt lemonade. Over $27 after tax+tip (15%)??? I live in Plateau & work in Griffintown. I'm no stranger to paying a premium to eat out.

$27 for a sandwich & canned drink is nutty, really.

This bagel spot has easily become our go-to. We're obsessed with The Richie-a fully loaded creation with egg, bacon, hash brown, & avocado. It hits every craving at once. We love that you can customize it with different bagels each time, which makes it fun to switch up the flavour & texture depending on your mood.

If you're looking for a spot that serves a hearty, satisfying breakfast bagel that actually fills you up, this is the place. The Richie alone is worth the visit!

I legitimately cannot believe how little people are commenting in the reviews about the fact that Dizz's makes their own cream cheese schmears (& how delectable they are). The garlic & herb is my personal favourite but they're all amazing.

Something I'd noticed after going to New York was that EVERY bagel shop there makes their own cream cheese spreads in house & every single one was to die for. Back in Montreal, our 2 famous spots St Viateur & Fairmount not only don't even bother with that, but I am now awake to the absolute disgrace of selling Philadelphia & hummus from a fridge to accompany your bagel lol.

The bagels themselves at Dizz's are delicious & fresh, soft & a bit dense on the inside & lightly crispy & well seasoned on the outside.

This spot is definitely a hidden gem & I will scream it from the rooftops that Montrealers have other options outside of St Viateur & Fairmount if they want actual real schmears to accompany their bagels.

Adorable spot for bagels. The bagels were a little small but the flavours were good. I can't say i was blown away either. I'd be curious to give their lunch menu a try.
