I initially went to Dizz's to buy a large batch of bagels for our restaurant (which they were able to accommodate very fast, still fresh of course!) but ended up buying a bagel for myself! The staff is super friendly! I was also met by the manager as I was picking up a business order who was eager to tell me about their business. Super nice guy! The decor is cute & they have lots (& I mean LOTS!) of options available as bagel toppings. I would recommend one of their cream cheeses (I had the garlic & fine herbed), they're delicious! Plenty of drinks available too! PS: you can even leave song suggestions for their playlist!View more

Honestly, please do yourself a favour & come here. The bagels were spectacular, the sandwiches were amazing, the quality of ingredients was top notch! It's nowhere near when I live & I will certainly be making the drive more to get a bagel from this little shop. Absolute delight!View more

Visited in august 2023. Bagels were fresh, alot of different options, good cream cheese, vegan option as well. my kids loved the rainbow bagels! However, customer service was a bit rude at the counter, no hi or bonjour. I Asked about the menu, was simply pointed not answered, the employee was avoiding looking & speaking to me, but I was the only client in the store & I was very polite. It felt like the cashier wanted me to leave asap instead of ordering. The man who prepared our bagels was friendly. I will probably try again.. we will see next time, maybe the cashier was having a bad day.View more

My husband & I absolutely love Dizz bagel. We look forward to our Sunday mornings on their back patio by the fire. Finally a place we can bring our entire family - including our dog! Such a treat! The owners are kind, thoughtful & creative - & it's represented throughout the design of Dizz bagel right through to their menu. They have created a warm & inviting bagel shop for the neighbourhood where families & patrons alike can feel a sense of community. The best part of course is the food - the spicy tuna is my absolute favourite! I don't think I could ever get sick of the food! We'll done Dizz bagel can't wait to see what's next on the menu :)View more

I had heard about Dizz's & was really looking forward to trying out the bagels, but I ordered a few different things as well- everything was absolutely delicious, but totally ruined by the bad customer service I experienced. I went in today for the very first time & there was maybe one other person waiting for an order. If it had been super busy I would have understood the dismissive behaviour that the lady at the cash gave me, but my goodness I never thought I would be made to feel dumb just for making an order. It was like she just couldn't be bothered. It's such a shame because the shop is actually quite cute & the food is good!View more
