So we enjoyed the idea & the ambiance & the fast service. Although we ordered 6 shooters & 1 big pitcher of sangria for 2 people & we were barely feeling anything & it was really expensive. We enjoyed the tacos birria & the doritos nachos, but again, very expensive & small portions. We don't eat a lot usually & we had to get 3 meals & we were still hungry. The service was fast yes, but maybe too fast, they're always running around so you feel that you have to catch them to get service 😆
Le bouncer habituel a la porte fait de son mieux pour les pauvres gens en ligne dehors quand il fait -20. Par contre hier soir ont nous a fait attendre 55 min, j'étais complètement glacee. Cela inclus le fait qu'un groupe de 7 personnes avant nous a quité, sinon cela aurait clairement été plus qu'une heure. Les rechaud n'était pas en fonction. Jai du enlever mes bottes & degeler mes orteils que je ne sentais plus a mon entrée. Le club n'était pas full. Le bouncer laissait entrer ses amis & nous laissait geler dehors. Vous avez une terasse couverte inutilisé, des rechauds au gaz eteint & nous attendons dehors au vent avec un bouncer qui nous aurait seulement laisser entrée pour de l'argent selon ce que disait les gens en file. Je vous inviterais a repenser ou se place votre file dattente & de trouver une autre façon d'aider vos clients a ne pas souffrir d'engelures quand il fait -20. L'attente d'hier soir était innaceptable. Les gens quittaient le bar & la file mais personne n'entraient. Nous aimons la musique, l'ambience, le service des employes & les bons drink des serveurs mais la j'avoue qu'il y a peu de chances qu'on ai envie de revenir apres ceci... décevant 😞 Mise a jour, le gêrant a été agréable & a apporté beaucoup de consideración a nos commentaires, je change donc mon évaluation globale mais j'attends de voir la suite. J'en comprends que le gêrant fera le nécessaire pour que cela ne se produisent plus, & comme ce n'était pas là personne habituel, j'en déduit que le probleme sera facile a réglé, mais comme l'hiver est terminé, nous allons devoir attendre l'année prochaine 🤔 si l'on a le courage de tenter le coup de nouveau à -20. Une bonne écoute & préoccupation des besoins des clients ça vaut un petit plus.

Dirty D was an okay experience. I went there with my colleagues from work wanting a sit-down restaurant to eat. The vibes were pretty good. The place was well decorated with many colorful walls, a stacked bar, & even the washrooms had glow in the dark lights. What I was really let down by was the portion sizes given the price. My partner & I got 3 empanadas, guac, & 3 birria tacos. The tacos were delicious but were the size of a folded napkin. The empanadas were a bit smaller than that. The guac seemed to come in a sauce container compared to the hefty amount of tortilla chips next to it. Overall, it was an okay experience, & the food was delicious. I just felt like there were other places that serve food of similar/better quality given the price.
Super endroit pour l'ambiance, les drinks (sur le menu & aussi au goût du barman), la nourriture. Pour une première expérience il suffit d'y aller un peu avant la folie du 23:00. À ce moment on a le temps de profiter de la musique & de la place!!
My boyfriend & I were visiting some friends on the South Shore & decided to stop by Dirty Dive Bar for lunch. We had never heard of the place before, & after a quick online search, the reviews were decent, but not excellent. Regardless, because we love Mexican food, we decided to stop in, & I am so glad we did! The tacos were delicious, & reminded me of top quality mom & pop Mexican places in the city! I had the Asado de puerco, & my boyfriend had the Al Pastor, & both were tender & flavourful. I would definitely recommend!

The food was great but I reserved for my mom's birthday & when we arrived they only gave us the choice of half a table with others or the bar (even though the resto was empty & was still empty even when we left)... i would not come again if it is for a celebration
Can not say enough about the two waitresses who served us (sisters!) - both were fantastic with customer service, quick & professional! Service would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the grumpy faces of the man who greeted us to sit us at our table & the bartender who seemed bothered by a round of tequila we ordered ...
Belle place, on a eu un beau moment. Malgré notre serveuse était super occupée elle est restée super sympathique & nous a servis avec beaucoup d'attention !!! Merci Émilie!!! Les prix très abordables ! Je recommande le Dirty Dive bar à tous!!!!
Bonne bouffe, bons drinks, ambiance mexicaine très cool! :) Par contre la musique TRÈS forte de bar commence tôt, soyez averti si vous voulez jaser ce n'est pas idéal.

The Dirty D truly makes its mark as a high-quality bar with innovative cocktails, a broad selection of tequila & rhum, & excellent Mexican food. The menu hosts a variety of tacos, their specialty, as well as other dishes such as dobladas. The atmosphere is terrific, both on the eyes & the ears, & it is definitely a place to go once their terrace opens for the summer. All in all, a pace you simply cannot go wrong.
