Il fait beau, il fait chaud. On veut une glace mais on n'est pas les seuls. Il y a beaucoup d'attentes. Le jeu en vaut il l'a chandelle ? La glace que nous avons pris est bonne mais pas exceptionnelle. Il manquait un peu de personnel pour éviter cette longue attente. À moins que ça soit volontaire pour créer un effet de groupe. Bref c'est une bonne option mais j'ai été un peu déçu.

Bonne crème glacée. Par contre, la gestion de la commande est compliquée. On dirait que les employés font toutes les tâches de façon non ordonnée au lieu de se les séparer. Par exemple, la caissière après quelque commandes, commence à faire des cafés & quelqu'un l'a remplace à la caisse. Une autre employée prend alors la place pour faire les cornets, mais ne comprend pas les commandes. Lorsqu'elle demande à la caissière, elle lui dit que c'est la fille aux cafés qui a pris la commande. Ce changement de rôles est en tout temps. Entre le cournet de mon conjoint & le mien, il y a eu dix minutes la dernière fois. J'avais fini mon cornet quand il a reçu le sien alors que la commande avant la notre n'avait pas été complétée.

Il devrait y avoir une personne qui gère sur place, car en ce moment c'est inefficient. C'est ce qui explique la longue file d'attente à toutes les fois que nous y sommes allés. Malgré la bonne crème glacée, nous avons décidé d'aller ailleurs 😊.

Ok ice cream. Huge portions but quality is a let down. Ice cream lacking creaminess & caramel sauce is not rich & gooey as it should be. Overall a meh.
