J'ai toujours été satisfaite sauf la semaine dernière, j'ai été très déçu. J'y suis allé avec mon frère & son cornet a cassé en 2 & la boule est tombée par terre, il est entré a l'intérieur pour le mentionner, la fille lui en a refait un & lui a chargé une deuxième fois, lorsqu'il a dit qu'il ne voulait pas payer une deuxième fois, elle a préféré jeter le cornet que de lui donner en ajoutant que le cornet qui avait cassé'était bin correct' (comme si le cornet n'avait pas de défaut) bref j'ai trouvé cette situation vraiment ordinaire.
