I got the Aztec bowl and it was delicious, the portion is huge.

Très mauvais service et petites portions en rapport au prix payé.
Je suis coelliaque et j'ai reçu un pain avec gluten avec mon plat de courgettes au Chili. J'avais pourtant mentionné à la caissière que je suis coelliaque. En plus, pour faire l'échange on m'a exigé de payer l'extra pour le pain sans gluten en insistant..! J'ai demandé à voir le gérant et celui-ci était trop occupé avec d'autres clients et il n'est jamais venu me voir! Les employés sont bêtes et les portions sont restreintes en rapport à l'autre Copper Branch sur René-Lévesque. Je n'y retournerai plus. Ce restaurant est vraiment très mal géré!

This is the third and last time I will go to this Copper Branch. Two out of three times customer service has been a DISASTER. The two people working the cash (one man, one woman, and the same ones both times) are incredibly rude. The second time I went, I ordered a sandwhich and specified no cheese. The sandwhich then came to me with cheese. I went up and asked if they could make me a new one and they insisted they could not because that's how it comes. I then showed them the receipt explaining that I specifically asked for it not to have cheese. They then made me a new sandwhich but proceeded to keep the original bun with the fake cheese. I went up to them again and showed them it was the same sandwhich. At first, they insisted it was different but I persisted and showed them how the bread had a lot of the cheese on it so they finally made me a new one. The third time I went, I asked for two bowls. the girl asked if I wanted the regular, to which I answered yes, without realizing that in fact their "regular" is large. When I was paying, I was wondering why my bill was so expensive. After hitting "pay" I realized it is because I got the bigger bowls. So I right away asked if it is possible to change it. The man answered me it was not because it is lunch and very busy (the order hadn't even gone through and there was no one in line behind me). I explained that the girl did not make it clear that the regular was the big size. The man said she is a manager and I heard her say it and too bad they can't do anything. There was someone else in the restaurant who came up to me after the fact and told me she heard everything and she was shocked at how rude they were to me and even went up to them to tell them. They didn't care. While the food is good at Copper Branch I cannot accept this sort of customer service. It is one thing to nicely say that the order went through and nothing could be changed (that's fine); it is another to be rude to paying customers. I told them I wouldn't be back and he basically told me OK. Well, Copper Branch, if you don't care about my frequenting your restaurant, no problem. I am grossly disappointed and hope your terrible customer service is reflected in your revenues.
