I just recently went to a 4 a 7 at Circos Restaurant with some co-workers who were staying at the hotel for the week. I must admit I was very surprised with the food, the service & the overall look of the restaurant. They have a great terrace facing Sherbrooke street & their selection of Martinis & Tapas are out of this world. Try the Breakfastini Martini – you won`t find this drink anywhere else in the city. Actually most of their martinis are invented by the bartender at Circos who does a great job pleasing all your taste buds. Martinis are also 50% off on Monday`s to Friday`s – Really worth going!!!
Circos Restaurant surprised me with their excellent food & amazing service. I had dinner there one night with a friend from out of town who was staying at the Hotel. Ever since I went back twice already with some friends & work colleagues. The cheese plates are amazing at Circos, not to mention the outstanding presentation of it all. I also had the halibut most recently & it was an absolute delight! & for dessert, you can't go wrong with their famous chocolate soufflé accompanied with a good port, it is out of this world for any chocolate-dessert lover! You won't be disappointed! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great restaurant with exceptional food & service at a reasonable price.
I recently tried their new signature dishes menu, which focuses on winter comfort food made with local ingredients & quebec specialties such as maple syrup, smoked salmon, & quebec lamb. The shephard's pie, which was made with sweet potato, braised veal cheeks, & caramelized onions was unbelievable. I have never seen or tasted anything like that! Not just another hotel resto, they are really trying to go above & beyond the norm!
