La prise de réservation a été super, l'espace réservé pour notre groupe a été vraiment super également & le brunch très bon.
J'aimerais seulement émettre un commentaire constructif pour les futurs prochains groupes.
En premier lieu, je tiens à dire que je suis très compréhensive sur le manque de personnel ainsi que sur les imprévus ponctuels.
L'attente fut très longue. Autant pour le Café, les Viennoiseries, le Repas & surtout la Facturation.
J'aurais simplement peut-être apprécié avoir une personne de plus pour le service car nous avions seulement un serveur ( d'ailleurs très sympathique) qui s'occupait de la prise de commande de notre groupe de 27 donc ca va de soi que les délais pour commander/facturer/& s'occuper de nos demandes ait été beaucoup plus long car il ne peut pas se séparer en 4. Une personne supplémentaire aurait fait probablement toute la différence. Somme toute, bien que les délais ait été plus long que souhaité, je recommande ce restaurant pour un événement car l'endroit est sublime surtout avec le puit de lumière & la belle verdure.
