Manquait des choix au menu,
Notre commande à été perdu, problèmes d'imprimante pour la cuisine selon serveur

Bonjour, nous avons passé une belle soirée & on va revenir sans hésitation. Nous avons été déçu par le plat de Macreuse, la viande n'était pas tendre. Pour les entrées, mon plat principal & les desserts, tout était parfait.

Notre serveur était sympathique mais semblait être responsable de la moitié du restaurant, donc difficile d'avoir son attention. Assis au bar, avec d'autres employés qui circulaient régulièrement devant nous, nous avons attendus près de 30 minutes entre notre premier drink & pouvoir commander. Nous devions aussi courir après les employés afin d'avoir un autre verre, personne au bar ni notre serveur venait nous voir.

Les repas étaient ok, tartare de boeuf très peu goûteux. Facture très élevée pour l'expérience vécue. Le serveur s'est même trompé en commandant 18 huîtres à la cuisine alors que nous en avions demandé que 12. Le cuisinier qui nous avait emporter les huîtres a dit qu'il créditerait les 6 extras, ce qui n'a pas été fait. Nous avons dû les payer car manque de communication entre personnel, la personne qui nous a amené notre facture n'était pas au courant.

I'm more accustomed to smaller environments. The octopus needs work but was passable ... martinis we're excellent ... the rest was consistent & well executed

Le service n'est pas égal envers les différentes générations. Plus d'attention est donné a la clientèle jeune qu'aux gens dans la cinquantaine.
