Service was slow. An hour to get food on the table. Food was bland. Third time going & i called ahead & asked if they had falafels tonight as they have ran out before, get there & no falafels & they also ran out of other dishes. The excuse is they had too many Uber eats orders. So for a vegan, if your good with a small plate of side salads, where it looked like they dropped a spoonful of babaganouch, hummus, & 2 vine leaves & a little taboulé, not worth having a cold plate for dinner for $18. This will be my last time going there.
We have dined at this restaurant many times over the last several years & we were never, never disappointed. It's almost always full so there's a high food turnover, which means it's fresh. They have specials galore, vegetarian-friendly, & whether you're going there for a full meal or just on Saturday afternoon for a Turkish coffee & a baklava, they will treat you with the greatest respect. Their keftas, kebabs, salads, fish, etc. are simply to die for.
