EDIT: LA MADAME AU TÉLÉPHONE EST MAL ÉLEVÉE & MANQUE DE SAVOIR VIVRE LORSQUE TU COMMANDES. ELLE TE COUPE QUAND TU PARLES, S'IMPATIENTE OU TE CRIE DESSUS PARCE QU'ELLE FAIT DES ERREURS & NE L'ADMET PAS. ELLE TE RACCROCHE AUSSI AU NEZ APRÈS T'AVOIR MANQUÉ DE RESPECT.
Pizza très bonne, mais parmi les plus chères à LaSalle quoique clairement au TOP côté goût & cuisson. J'ai commandé pour encourager une petite entreprise d'ici avec des employés d'ici & éviter les nouvelles places Indiennes au vibe bizarre qui poussent à LaSalle, malheureusement la livraison était ce que je voulais éviter: pas de bonjour/bonsoir, zéro français, pis une impression générale plutôt louche...

Horrible people, period! Super rude on the phone, i hung up. If customer service is not your priority, why bother.
Since they changed owners it's been going downhill. They ruined a lasalle staple.

WORSE delievery experience ever. Never got our pizza after ALMOST 2 HOURS. Called at 6pm on saturday for a Large all dress pizza. Told us will take 45min-1h. At 7h15, we called to ask about the status of the pizza. The person on the phone just straight up answer that it was on the way with the delievery guy; didn't ask any info about our order or whatsoever. At 7h45, we called again to talk with a manager, he just answer us saying they never got our order. What an easy way to take ZERO responsability for your incompentence while I have to deal with a HANGRY kid. He didnt offer any compensation or just did not know how to deal with this situation. We will never order from this place again.
