I first had a lox bagel here four years ago & fell in love. It was perfect. I travelled the world a fair bit over the last four years & have always been disappointed by other lox bagels that pale in comparison. Today I came back to Montreal & went straight to Caffè Mille Gusti to have a lox bagel & I was not disappointed! I'm not sure exactly what makes it so perfect - the bagel quality? The lox quality? The ratio of cream cheese to lox to bagel to capers to onions? All of the above? I yearn for these lox bagels when I am away 😭 & the owners are so friendly & lovely. My favourite Montreal gem.

Everything was absolutely delicious, & the staff were incredibly friendly. We had a smoked salmon bagel, a latte, & a cannoli - all perfect. Definitely a must-visit spot at Jean-Talon Market!

Je suis entrée par hasard pour prendre un café & quelle chance !!! Le café était decilieux, & que dire des canollis farcis à la ricotta fraîche.... Le paradis gustatif !!! Servis avec le sourire & une sincère gentillesse sincère en plus. Arrêtez-vous !
