Contrairement au service à la clientèle à revoir & à améliorer!
Je suis très déçue par rapport à l'accueil il que j'ai eu & pourtant c'est ma première fois au restaurant
Serveuse non souriante!elle ne gère pas ses émotions & elle écoute pas activement le client .
J'avais demandé un plat elle m'avait pas donné ce que j'avais demandé quand j'avais réclame & j'ai voulu à un moment donné commander autres choses ça lui a fait mal
À la place qu'elle soit professionnelle & qu'elle s'excuse de sa mauvaise écoute active elle est partie parler de moi à ses collègues en disant que je demande beaucoup elle croyait que je ne comprends pas le kabyle & elle s'en foutait elle le disait à voix haute !
Manque de professionnalisme manque d'enthousiasme & d'accueil !
Je ne recommande pas du tout ce restaurant le service à la clientèle à gâcher le tout malgré la nourriture est bonne !
Je souhaite que vous amélioreriez votre sévice !

An amazing Algerian restaurant in Montreal! The food is absolutely delicious, the portions are generous, & the staff is incredibly welcoming & helpful. A must-visit spot for authentic Algerian cuisine!

La nourriture est très bonne. Toutefois, nous avons constaté que la quantité servie lors de notre dernier passage est moins importante qu'à l'habitude. Il serait préférable de baisser le volume de la musique dans la salle qui est assez forte à mon avis.
