Le lieu est charmant, le service soigné & le café excellent. Je fréquente ce café depuis son ouverture, un véritable petit bijoux à St-Lambert.

Service très médiocre manque de consistence. Les employés sont souvent sur la défensives lorsqu'on donne des feedbacks.

Suggestions vous devriez avoir une boîte de commentaires les patrons afin de monitorer le service.
Les cafés sont biens quelques viennoiseries mais pas tous très bons une chance que le
Café excellent & un concept minimaliste.

Je trouve cela très dommage que les services soit médiocre.
Disons que j'y vais plus tôt pour le cafe la bonne emplacement.
Entreprise unique mais ils ont intérêt de ne pas prendre leurs clientèles pour acquis car le jour qu'il y aura un autre concept similaire minimaliste dans leurs secteur ils perdront beaucoup.
Sérieux leurs service à la clientèle est à améliorer vraiment désagréable!!!
