Our Chef
Karine Martel is a self-taught chef who began her career in 2005 when she opened her first restaurant, Bistro In Vivo (2005-2014), with two colleagues. A landmark in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood for its original menu and cultural diffusion. In 2013, as part of its revival, the Olympic Parc entrusted the management of its very first café to Karine and her team. Always on the lookout for new products, trends and flavors, the owner likes to modify the menu and to integrate her discoveries all while taking into account her customers’ preferences.
