Food is great. But I did not like the service... they need to hire people that are more serious than that. For 10 minutes I was trying to catch the attention of a server but they wouldn't look at me, in an empty restaurant. All they do is talk together.. I ended up getting up & going to them instead of them coming to me.
The staff is very busy chit chatting together & they are ignoring the customers... They are obviously not serious about working there.
This is definitely one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life :)))
Everyone here was so nice & friendly. We ordered take out cause we were in a hurry even though it took a while for the food to be ready, it was worth it! Definitely recommend
Definitely a hidden gem in Montreal. Loved all the options available. Food was incredibly tasty. I can't remember the waitress's name, but she was friendly, kind & got our food to us in a very timely manner. Have already gone back & am planning on revisiting in the coming weeks

I love this place. Montreal is a gem of vegan eats & Burger Fiance is always one of my go-tos. Got the Mozza Sticks & a burger today, & a couple beers. My only complaint is that I couldn't realistically order one of the shakes!
Très bien accueilli avec un personnel adorable & prend soins des client. La nourriture étais parfaite ! (Je recommande la poutine, de belle assiette & de grosse quantité ! ) Qualité & service rien a dire impeccable !! Je recommande.
The fries & shakes were truly amazing! But, the girl who served us was kind of rude. Even after giving her a tip, she was saying that we should pay her 15 to 20% of the bill as tip, & that is how it works in Montreal! I totally understand that tipping is a way to respect their service towards us, but demanding tip like this felt like an insult slapped on our face. I am giving 2 stars for the food, as it was amazing! But, service really matters & since we got insulted like this, we would never visit this place again! We came from Ontario to Montreal to celebrate our new year & this is what we got. What a way to end the first day of new year!!
My friend (vegan) & I (not vegan) came to this place before a night out. We both took the same burger, which was the truffle burger & I had it with a side of Ceasar salad & she had it with fries. The burgers were absolutely delicious. The flavors & ingredients meshed amazingly together, the truffle taste was out of this world. Very filling food as well. For non-vegans, i honestly couldn't tell the difference between the impossible burger & a regular beef burger. The salad was great & had an awesome crispy topping, I think capers? All in all, great place, would definitely recommend.
Had an incredible server who was the only one on shift other than 1 cook He was incredible but please don't make him work a night all alone he was in charge of a full house !!
Food was amazing, having tried multiple vegan only restaurants & being disappointed, fiancé burger absolutely did NOT disappoint. The cheeseburger was flavourful & moist, the kimchi fries were delicious & the cauliflower bite serving was enough to feed 2 of us. Would recommend to anyone vegan or not! Service was quick & attentive
