The food is good. However, the service has a lot to improve.
Three people on staff, two couples in the restaurant at 6:30 on Friday night.
20 minutes before our order was taken.
People would come sit down & leave 15 minutes later when no one looked at them.
One staff member was respectful the other two need a significant amount of training.
Understanding that it's winter & it's hard to keep places clean. But it's easy to spot when the floors & stairs haven't been cleaned in a few days.

Ordered food via Uber Eats on NYE, it was a bit late & when it arrived there was a mention of my meal being stolen & then was compensated 2 additional burger combos! Easily the best customer service I've had & such delicious burgs!! Gave me the best plane meal for my partner & I for our flight. Thank you & we will be back!
Amazing vegan burgers! Have tried the old school, the fried chicken, & the smashed salmon burger & they were all great! But the fried chicken was soooo amazing. Only complaint is that the salmon burger could use a bit more salt. Loved the kimchi fries too, even though they were a bit too spicy for me.
The best burgers I've had in a very long time! Both the old school burger & the chicken burger are absolutely perfect. Please open a branch in Toronto!! :)
J'ai pris le Old School & c'était vraiment délicieux ! Les frites sont bien assaisonnées & croustillantes, & la serveuse était très sympa. Je reviendrais pour tester les autres burgers :)

First time: The decor is cute & staff were nice. The souvlaki gyro sandwich is delish. pretty good poutine & hot chocolate
Second time : I had the mama mia. It wasn't Italian (just had arugula & breaded & fried orange sliced cheese) so I was thrown off by that but it was still alright. The waiter came by to ask me how I found things & I gave him my feedback but it's apparently a top pick amongst customers so I said they shouldn't change it just for the people who aren't big fans. Also the waitress who seated me & took my order was a bit rude & impatient so I told him about that too & he thanked me for the feedback politely which made it less stressful. It's fine, I'll still be back to try the other menu items. The fries were so good this time
Third time: I had the faux salmon burger & fries & my friend had a strawberry mocktail. The food was delicious & the environment is really pleasant at the seats near the window in the afternoon. I honestly have no idea what I was eating but it tasted kind of like fish & looked exactly like cooked salmon. The mushrooms were cooked perfectly. I usually get stomach ache from mushrooms if they're not cooked properly & I didn't get one , yay 😅
Fourth time: I got the burger with mushrooms, truffle, onion rings, arugula & impossible patty. It was seriously delicious! I also had a refreshing pineapple mocktail. My friend had a mint mocktail & the same burger & really liked it & they made it on a special grill for him to accommodate his allergies. The music was fun :) I like the fries but I think they can be improved. They taste a bit too overcooked & salty
The good - I had the spicy chicken burger & waffle fries & it was delicious. A little greasy but delicious.
Changes - The space was kind of dirty It sort of feels like the exhaust is not good & everything has a little bit of grease on it & it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. They also have like a counter you could sit at but it's just filled with like dishes & boxes & stuff so it's not really meant to sit there.
When I went down to use the bathroom the back stairwell was poorly lit & just felt kind of dingy & fake leafs on the handrail, & the bathroom had a crazy blue light in it. & one of the bathrooms toilet seats was broken with the sign saying use at your own risk, I just feel like you could fix that.
It was also a $1.50 for the smallest cup of ranch I've ever seen.
I definitely would go back but I feel like the place could really use a deep clean , & maybe a few more non-fried items.
A very good establishment. The service is really good. Very friendly engaging staff. Menu has good options to customize your meal. I deducted a star because the spicy chicken sandwich was way too salty. But the burger was delicious 😋

Ils ont réussi un pari risqué sur ce segment : réinventer le burger & la bouffe vegan de manière décomplexée & c'est bon en fait.
Ce n'est clairement pas ce qui est de plus équilibré mais néanmoins nettement meilleur que d'autres chaînes 100% vegan, même en Europe.
Les plats sont copieux, le personnel est sexy & surtout très pro.
C'est propre, assez grand & il y a peu d'attente pour être servi.
La carte est entièrement vegan. Le biscuit rehaussé d'une boule de glace que j'avais pris en dessert était incroyable.
Tarifs raisonnables.
All vegan !! But the impossible burger is phenomenal. I didn't fully realize that the place was ENTIRELY vegan, but went with it anyway & was pleasantly surprised.
