Golden corral in Florida USA is better & that should tell you all. Not a lot of variety, all dishes moderately flavorless, not my cup of tea. The price reflects what you get.
Tout était parfait à un détail près, ils nous ont informés élément après avoir payé qu'on avait seulement 2h de temps sur place, & qu'après on devait libérer les lieux. Nous étions un groupe de 30 personnes environ, avec deux gâteaux d'anniversaire à souffler. La plage horaire initialement annoncée par le commerçant était de 16h00 à 21h00, nous avons été que l'on nous presse quasiment à toutes les 20min qu'on dout bientôt quitter.
La dernière fois que j'ai visité ce restaurant (dans une autre ville), tout était parfait! Nous avons été servis rapidement & avons pu commencer à manger sans tarder. Cependant, cette fois-ci, l'accueil a laissé à désirer. J'ai eu l'impression de passer à un comptoir & d'obtenir un numéro, sans aucune émotion de la part de la personne qui nous a servis.
Alors que nous commencions à manger, notre serveuse est venue nous demander si nous voulions boire quelque chose. Nous avons commandé deux pina coladas avec peu d'alcool. Malheureusement, nous avons reçu les deux boissons avec trop d'alcool. J'ai demandé de parler à la serveuse, qui m'a informé qu'elle ne pouvait pas me rembourser car elle devait consulter son gérant. Du point de vue du client, j'ai trouvé cette expérience horrible. Après avoir finalement reçu une proposition de la part de la serveuse, nous avons accepté qu'elle refasse les boissons avec moins d'alcool. L'option de les refaire sans alcool & de nous rembourser la différence était tout simplement impossible.
Nous avons finalement demandé à parler au gérant, car nous ne voulions pas payer pour des boissons que nous ne voulions pas boire. La serveuse est finalement revenue, nous a remboursés en argent comptant & est repartie avec les boissons.
L'expérience client a été inacceptable pour moi, surtout venant d'une serveuse au ton insolant & complètement désagréable..

So I went march 10 & forgot my ergo baby omni 360 (baby carrier) I realised when I had arrived home, called at 20h20 spoke with a young lady who found it at my table, she toke my name & phone number. I said it was worth alot of money to put it somewhere safe I would go next week to get it (which I did today) & nowhere to be found. The manager said it is not his responsabilty, alot of stuff are lost & don't have control over it. Im sorry I work in restauration & if someone were to call we would make sure it was placed somewhere for the customer to have it back. I bought the carrier for 250$...Im so dissapointed, bad customer service! Poor managing service! & poor employees who probably stole my baby carrie
Excellent endroit pour un groupe d'amis, membres d'une famille, collègues. Une immense variété de mets pour satisfaire les plus difficiles. La bouffe est bonne! :) Du staff aidant, polis, agréable. Large salle donc niveau sonore élevé mais les conversations sont possibles, sans avoir besoins de crier. J'ai bien aimé :)
Il y a une grande variété de nourriture, de bonne qualité, de bonnes saveurs, & à bon prix, le service est excellent & tout est très propre, je le recommande.
