Je recommande ce resto. Pour la 2e visite je remarque qu’il est fraîchement rénové. C’était très bien. La nourriture était bonne. Mes seuls points négatifs sont qu’on ne peut pas se faire servir en français. & le prix est quand même trop élevés pour des ailes en restauration rapide. 13$ pour 5 ailes en trio ?View more

Wish I could leave -1 for service - THE WORST - ordered via Just Eat for 4 kids at 7:20 when the food hadn't arrived an hour later & I called the store I was yelled at rudely by them manager & told at least another 20 minutes.In truth it was 40 extra minutes & then the driver couldn't';t figure out (no joke) how the doorbell works (press it goes ding dong not hard math here) & of the course the food is cold & the order incorrect. DON'T ORDER anywhere, literally, like the sewer, is better.

Love the food but hate the delivery service!

We waited over 1h30 for our food to arrive (cold) & the order was wrong (missed some side items that we ordered)

To add insult to injury, they even charged us 1$ to use the Interac machine at the door!

We called to follow up & had poor customer service (the offered a whopping 10% discount on my next order! Really?!!!!!)

This was the third time I ordered from this restaurant, the food was not very good but it is close to my place so I decided to order again. This time they took 1h45min to deliver my order, I live six blocks away. On top of the time, they did not bring my order complete, I was missing the drinks. The food was cold & it did not taste good at all. I called to complain about the drinks & they said I didn't indicate that I wanted drinks: the combo immediately said it included a pepsi or coke. They did not care to deliver the drinks. I also said the food was cold & they offered to send it again but for what? I had already waited almost two hours. It was 10pm & I wasn't going to wait again for that.
The guy said they would give me 20% discount on my next order if I called a given number. Honestly, I do not think I will order again anyways & definitely, won't waste my time calling for a discount: they should deliver the discount to my door.

cela a pris un peu de temps que le commis nous parle au comptoir, il etais au telephone cellulaire :( , par contre, par la suite, il a été tres poli, nous a offert de l eau, & est meme venu nous porter le repas a la table...

je le recommanderai, les frites sont succulentes... & il y a aussi un menu enfant.
