THANK YOU for the wonderful afternoon! My family & friends were all very hapy to have attended. It is well appreciated that you continue this tradition with The Clahane Family .Specual thanks to James & Valeryfm foe ensuring that our needs & desires were always met. Bien qu'un homme tres sympatique est venu nous accueillir a l'entree.., le service aux tables : n'est malheureusement pas allé dans le meme sens.

À notre arrivée la cuisine était fermée.
Ok.
Mais c'est seulement une fois notre verre servi qu'on nous l'a appris…
…de facon -assez peu sympatique.

J'ai quand même cru apercevoir un pseudo-sourire ..rendu au moment de payer! . Bref,
c'était peut-être juste.. pas sa soirée.
On reste des humains !

Je redonnerai quand même une autre chance a cette brasserie.

Très beau spot pour écouter un match du CH, beaucoup d'ecrans tv, grand espace, bon système de sons,…mais,

je m'installerai dans une autre section!

We have celebrated a friend's birthday there. The staff constantly checked if everything is ok, do we need anything etc. They helped a lot to make the whole organization perfect.

At the restaurant itself, I never had any issues.

From ordering over the phone however, don't do so in the later parts of the evening.

The first time I came across this problem, each time I called the line was busy. It went on for at least an hour (yes I was determined & had a craving). I called.. a lot.. & the line was never free. By the time someone picked up, the person on the phone said delivery was closed for the night.. even though I believe it was still delivery hours & definitely within opening hours for the restaurant itself.

I wrote in a message on their website & was written back being told that delivery was still available but it was too late by then anyway to try again.

Now? It happened again tonight. The phone was ringing so I waited. Admittedly, a while again.. I figured they were busy or couldn't hear the phone. The phone was finally picked up but sounded like the receiver was dropped onto the floor. A loud racket. Then the person picked it up & hung up on me.

& them guess what happens next.. I call back? Good ol busy line beeping again. Tried a few times, still busy. I'm not trying for an hour again like I did last time, forget it. Someone is blatantly trying to avoid accepting phone calls. I obviously don't know who, but someone is.

So.. if it's nearing 10 PM? Don't bother. You're bound to get ignored. & I'm not going to write in again either as the person who replied to me that previous time gave me the vibe as if I was imagining things or making it up.

It's better to order at earlier times or go there in person. I'm not going to order past 9 PM ever again.
