We have celebrated a friend's birthday there. The staff constantly checked if everything is ok, do we need anything etc. They helped a lot to make the whole organization perfect.
From ordering over the phone however, don't do so in the later parts of the evening.
The first time I came across this problem, each time I called the line was busy. It went on for at least an hour (yes I was determined & had a craving). I called.. a lot.. & the line was never free. By the time someone picked up, the person on the phone said delivery was closed for the night.. even though I believe it was still delivery hours & definitely within opening hours for the restaurant itself.
I wrote in a message on their website & was written back being told that delivery was still available but it was too late by then anyway to try again.
Now? It happened again tonight. The phone was ringing so I waited. Admittedly, a while again.. I figured they were busy or couldn't hear the phone. The phone was finally picked up but sounded like the receiver was dropped onto the floor. A loud racket. Then the person picked it up & hung up on me.
& them guess what happens next.. I call back? Good ol busy line beeping again. Tried a few times, still busy. I'm not trying for an hour again like I did last time, forget it. Someone is blatantly trying to avoid accepting phone calls. I obviously don't know who, but someone is.
So.. if it's nearing 10 PM? Don't bother. You're bound to get ignored. & I'm not going to write in again either as the person who replied to me that previous time gave me the vibe as if I was imagining things or making it up.
It's better to order at earlier times or go there in person. I'm not going to order past 9 PM ever again.
I finally ordered something new & that was the biggest mistake I could make... I usually order the louis 2 burger & its amazing but we ordered the calamari & wings, BOTH was horrible absolutely no taste nit one pinch of seasoning I did not expect that especially for wings ... its like they took the raw wings & threw them in the fire & served no exaggeration at I promise. No good big waste of money .... I even gave others to try & they just spit it out instantly.... disappointed

Was soll man sagen, ich bin zum ersten mal in Kanada. Seit 3 Tagen, 3 Hotels, 3 x Essen gegangen. Das war hier mit Abstand das beste Preis - Leistungsverhältnis!! Super Essen, super netter Service und super Preise! Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

Ça fait 25 ans que je viens manger ici le doré sauce aux fruit de mer est exceptionnel . J ai un client Allemand qui a chaque fois qu il viens pour affaire on a l obligation & le plaisir extrême de venir manger ici . On as jamais été déçus
Toujours un bonne endroit pour passer du temps entre amis .Endroit propre Personnel poli efficace Toujours prêt a aider . Bonne cuisine ...goût apprécié.... Aussi vidéo machine de Loto Québec......Je recommande cette endroit .
Always a good time going to the brass. Great service, great staff, & amazing manager. Would suggest going when there is a Habs game great atmosphere. Always great music on Saturday with the band playing. All in all highly suggested.
I've been going to the brass for years & I still adore it. The food is always amazing whether it's pasta, pizza, burgers, appetizers, etc. Drink options are lovely & they have a pretty great selection. The staff is welcoming & personable. The entertainment is also really great from watching the games to enjoying great bands playing live. Highly recommend to go for a nice night out with friends or a family outing👌
La nourriture était vraiment mauvaise. Entrée de bruschetta fade, j'ai du rajouter du sel & encore fade. Brochette de poulet avec des morceaux tellement gros que linterieur n'était pas assez cuit (donc mangé que l'extérieur), riz avec légumes en canne. Ma fille a pris des pâtes sauce Alfredo immangeable.. cetait sucré ca tombait sur le coeur. 80$ dépensé pour de la nourriture épouvantable. Tres déçu, cest près de chez moi mais je ne retournerais jamais là malheureusement... j'ai vraiment pas compris que la place soit si rempli !
