Ambiance d'un resto de sport. Le service est bien malgré une incompréhension de notre serveur. Mon coapin avait pris des nachos comme plat principal, mais le serveur pensait que c'était notre entrée alors il n'a pas prit ma commande & est parti. Nous l'avions bien ri tout les trois. Les nachos super bonne, la pizza excellente. Par contre les pâtes êtait bien trop cuite. Overall c'était bien
Well I must seriously reconsider my review from 5 years ago. I went back today with my husband for lunch, I can say firstly that the service from our server was excellent & the food was great BUT what a complete disappointment regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom men & women's very dirty looked like they have not been cleaned in quite some time. It isn't normal to have bathrooms that dirty. We did say something to our server & she notified her superior. Upon leaving the restaurant we needed to address the topic with management but we were turned down because apparently did not have the time, restaurant was not busy at all. They took my husbands phone number as we were told they would call us back so far no call back. Quite a shame honestly. If you can't take care of the cleanliness of a bathroom what does it say for a kitchen. Hopefully actions regarding this matter will be addressed soon.
Having a child with us means most of our earing habits have changed. Boston Pizzais one of our go to places now for essentially stress free family dining. The place is clean, service is quick, & they have crayons for the kids. Not every item on the menu is amazing, but a couple are solid & we can happily keep coming back to them (& the kids eat well too). Honestly, one of the better choices for family fare around.
Première fois chez Boston pizza pour une petite fête de compagnie mercredi 3 janvier de 18.00 à 20.00 . Le service était excellent & qle belle attitude & sourire de la part de Anne Marie juste cela valait la soirée . Le manger était bien & l atmosphère aussi .

Bonne ambiance, bon choix de bonne bière, bouffe correcte, service correct, prix un peu dispendieux mais acceptable, bon service & personnel souriant & aimable, un peu bruyant si tu désire te rencontrer pour jaser ? Pas vraiment le bon choix, mais pour avoir du fun ! C'est un bon endroit.
Les prix sont corrects, service courtois. Plat généreux & comme indiqué. J'ai toutefois été déçu de l'organisation. Nous avions réservé pour 12 personnes, mais une fois arriver il n'y avait que 8 places assises de disponible à notre réservation, alors que nous avions confirmer 2 fois le nombre de personnes présentes. Nous avons nous même demandé aux tables à l'entour si on pouvait leur emprunter des chaises & nous nous somme "squeezé" sur la banquette.
Lors de ma dernière visite, j’ai trouvé le restaurant malpropre. Il y avait des traces de doigts partout sur le bois derrière les banquettes, des traces d’éclaboussures le menu pour enfants était collant & il y avait beaucoup de traces de doigts dans les assiettes. Je comprends qu’elles sont manipulées, mais c’était frappant. Le tapis dégageait une forte odeur de malpropreté également.
Pour ma fête, on est allé mangé sur la terrasse avec la belle météo. Nous avons eu un super excellent service de Anne-Marie. Elle est vraiment attentionnée, passionnée & d'un professionnalisme exemplaire.Merci de faire d'un simple souper du mercredi soir, d'en faire une très belle expérience. Super sourire en boni!!

The pizza was great. The pizza dough was cooked perfection. The sauce was delicious & the slices stayed warm throughout the meal thanks to the plates they are served in.
Now for the service... I understand that this was the Friday night diner rush during their "kids eat for free" promo but waiting at our table for 50 minutes before the waitress came to take our order & then another 45 minutes to get our food, puts them on the top of the list for worst restaurant service...& this is a Pizza chain! Maybe if we'd ordered from Uber eats while sitting in the restaurant we would have gotten our food faster!
& they gotta do something about the sticky table surface, even after they wipe it off it's still 'sticky', thats kinda disgusting... maybe it's time to change the table tops?
