It was a very bad experience. I ordered create your own pasta with fettuccine pasta, Alfredo sauce & spinach & shrimp toppings. They first gave me pasta with mushroom instead of spinach & when I asked for change, they gave me spaghetti with spinach & shrimp. The service is very disappointing & it doesn't seem to bother them if the order is wrong. Never recommending this location of Boston pizza to anyone to visit. & the food taste was not good at all.

⭐☆☆☆☆ - Une expérience inacceptable du début à la fin.

J'ai commandé un repas pour emporter au Boston Pizza Brossard. En mangeant mes bouchées thaï à la maison, j'ai découvert deux grosses fourmis noires dans ma nourriture. C'est complètement inacceptable & ça soulève de sérieuses questions sur l'hygiène.

Le plus choquant est la façon dont la situation a été gérée. Lorsque j'ai appelé pour signaler le problème, le gérant m'a répondu qu'aucun remboursement n'était possible & que je recevrais seulement un crédit pour une prochaine visite.

Il n'y aura jamais de prochaine fois. Après avoir trouvé des insectes dans mon repas, pourquoi voudrais-je revenir manger au même endroit?

Aucun client ne devrait avoir à accepter ce genre de situation. J'espérais au minimum des excuses sincères & un remboursement, mais j'ai plutôt eu l'impression que mon expérience n'avait aucune importance.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Our service today was far from satisfactory. We waited to be served then after taking & giving us our order the waitress did not check on us again. The server did not offer us refills on drinks or even ask how our meals were. I had to go to the front in order to request a bill be brought to us & request the kids ice cream. My kids like this place but I won't be bringing them back.

My family & I had a pleasant dinner on a Friday night. Our waiter, Tran, made all the difference. He was very patient, kind & welcoming. The food was tasty & plentiful.

The food was excellent, we loved the caramel cookie for dessert & the garlic fries for the entree.The food did take quite a long time to arrive, but aside from that, the staff was great & the man at the front seated us quickly.

Le service était super par contre, la serveuse était seule pour gérer un groupe de 40 a 50. La cuisine ne fournissait pas, les ailes & les filets de poulet ont été reçus bien après tout le reste des commandes.
