Quel magnifique endroit! Nous avons séjourné sur place & souper au restaurant le soir. La chambre était parfait & nous avons été très bien accueilli. La cuisine était excellente, généreuse & savoureuse. Merci à la chef Catherine, nous avons tellement bien mangé, sa passion pour la cuisine est contagieuse! Nous avons bû du très bon vin parmis une sélection exclusivement du Québec. Un endroit à découvrir! La boutique offre de très beaux produits.

Un souper très attendu depuis des mois, & les attentes ont été surpassées ! Bien que le menu est sujet à changement, burrata & foccacia étaient'out of this world' (& je vous souhaite qu'ils soient disponibles !). Le tartare de boeuf va rappeler d'excellents souvenirs aux adeptes du Lou Nissar à Longueuil. Concoctez votre propre table d'hôte selon vos goûts ou encore mieux, commandez de nombreux plats afin de'partagez & découvrir'. Le déplacement vaut le détour, & je recommande au guide Michelin de découvrir cet endroit. Nous avons la chance d'avoir d'excellents produits du terroir au Québec, & la touche personnelle de Catherine rehausse le tout. Même le menu des boissons exclusivement québécoises vous offrira de plaisantes surprises. Un gros merci au personnel pour votre travail intensif & courtois, & aussi merci à Chantal pour la visite de la boutique & de la ferme Bon Boeuf juste en face (le meilleur endroit au Québec pour se procurer du boeuf).
