Amazing food, kind servers, the beans were some of the best I ever had. All breakfasts come with coffee & the food itself was delicious, I recommend the French toast.View more
Cozy place with lovely Quebec food. My favorite meal of our trip to Montreal!View more
View more

Great place to visit when in Montreal. This family-owned institution is all about making traditional Québécois comfort food. My go-to order is #9 (the black sausage combo). Their black sausage is great! I also get a piece of their tourtière as a side too. Their tourtière (Québécois meat pie) is amazing: well-seasoned, no salty aftertaste. My only complaint is that the beans cooked in lard can sometimes be too salty. But I love those beans, they are not the sweet baked beans people usually think of. Good thing is that they open until 9pm in the weekend, so I can visit them when I am hungover. My wife loves it so much that we had our wedding anniversary dinner there!View more

Headed here for breakfast based on reviews. Well...the place is long, bright & cute with center lined up with double sided counter service. The food missed on most things. The beans salty & no fat or maple glaze. The bread over buttered & under toasted. The potatoes undercooked & lacked seasoning. Sausage & ham were good but bacon wasn't. Coffee was ok.View more
Had a great breakfast. Several vegetarían options. Good Favours & excellent service.View more
Love the new(2019, new for me) à lot bigger than the long serving counter on Mount Royal. The tourtière is exceptional The beans are the best ever & the menue is Quebécois "pur laine"View more
View more
View more
