Énorme manque de considération. J'ai commandé chez Benny le 17 janvier & il manquait un élément dans ma commande. J'appelle donc pour qu'on puisse me livrer l'élément manquant, on m'explique qu'on ne peut pas & donc qu'un crédit de la valeur de l'item sera inscrit à mon nom de la valeur de cet article pour ma prochaine commande. D'accord. Aujourd'hui je veux commander par téléphone pour pouvoir utiliser mon crédit. On m'explique qu'il n'y a rien à mon nom & donc qu'on peut rien faire. Je demande à la jeune fille au téléphone de parler à un responsable, elle accepte en soupirant. Le responsable me dit qu'il n'y a rien à mon nom & donc que le Boss m'appellera personnellement sur mon numéro de téléphone pour trouver une solution. D'accord. & bien, on ne m'a jamais rappelé, ils m'ont volé mon argent tout simplement. Extrêmement déçue. Mon conseil : Commandez ailleurs!

Commandé par internet un duo du mardi & 2 bières à 18heures pour être livré à 20 h. À 19:30h le livreur arrive tout fier de dire comment ils sont rapide. Le problème, il manque les deux bières! J'ouvre les boites: deux cuisses!
J'aurai payé 60 dollars pour un fiasco. Terminé Benny le rapide.
