Leur système a souvent des problèmes, & les employés sont tout le temps débordés & travaillent très fort; clairement un manque au niveau gestion. Cela dit, une employée (pas une des jeunes) est sincèrement incompétente & manque de respect à ses collègues qui essaient de l'aider tout en étant débordés. J'étais vraiment choqué.

Visite aujourd'hui à 18h20 à st-basile:
Il fait froid dans le resto.
Croquants trouvés 3 reprises dans club brun...dégueux !!
Continuez comme ça benny & votre resto sera encore moins achalandé !!

Where shall we begin… we ordered online nearly two hours before, to have our meals delivered at 6 pm. Or so we thought, 35minutes later & a call to the restaurant, we finally got our meals delivered at 6:35 Both meals were ice cold!! After microwaving both meals ( really a lot of fun) we tried to enjoy & make the best of this disastrous meal. Not over yet, while eating my club sandwich, a small chicken bone was not removed & got caught in my throat!! After many minutes of trying to clear my throat, finally coughed it out, but not after causing bleeding to my throat. We always try to encourage local restaurants & businesses but unfortunately I just can't for this one. Beware of this restaurant, not only is their service horrible, leaving bones in their sandwiches is completely unacceptable & dangerous for all. They also have the guts to send us a satisfaction survey the next day!! Please beware!!

I have been ordering here for years now & must spend thousands a year. whoever they have in the kitchen now no longer cares. Burnt sweet potato fries, missing sauces. Called back & had to argue to get them to re-deliver & when they finally did re-deliver guess what? NO SAUCE again. wont even bother calling back or ordering from here again as this is not a one off issue, i am constantly calling in to complain of missing sides or even flat out completely wrong orders & it is getting tiresome. Service is really going downhill, will give my business to st hubert instead until they start hiring competent people. Its not rocket science to make sure everything thats supposed to be in the bag actually is!

Pourquoi qu'à chaque fois que nous commandons nos contenants de sauce sont remplis seulement avec cette quantité… même après avoir appelé de nombreuses fois pour se plaindre que les contenants ne sont pas remplis…rien ne change!

Le total de ma commande 44.84$ plus 4 dollars de pourboire la shrinkflation aussi chez Benny🤨

Malheureusement, si je commande encore, la prochaine fois je vais couper le tip 🤑
