Vraiment pas impressionné par la qualité du repas.
J'aime bien Benny & Co habituellement, mais celui-ci aurait besoin de s'améliorer.

**** MISE À JOUR: J'ai envoyé ma facture comme demande le 30 décembre & je n'ai jamais eu de réponse à ce courriel. Vraiment le service à la clientèle pour l'image? Ce n'est vraiment pas dans mes habitudes de me rendre jusqu'à laisser un mauvais commentaire mais je suis insultée de la situation vécue à ce Benny où nous allons depuis plusieurs années. Samedi soir dernier, nous avons commandés en ligne & récupérer la commande & ce n'était vraiment pas bon (nous n'avons pas mangés & jetés le tout).Quand j'ai appelé, on m'a mentionné que j'allais être créditer de ma facture complète & de rappeler vendredi si ce n'était pas fait. Finalement obligée de rappeler & me faire répondre que l'employée s'était trompé & qu'elle ne pouvait pas rembourser tous les clients insatisfaits. Il y en a vraiment beaucoup? Donc on m'offrait un crédit de 20$ sur ma prochaine commande que j'ai refusée car je n'y retournerai jamais ayant deux autres Benny a proximité.
