Service complètement ridicule. Après avoir attendu ma commande pendant 1 h 30, on m'a finalement appelé pour m'informer qu'il n'y avait plus de poulet disponible. Non seulement la commande n'a pas pu être honorée, mais pour obtenir un remboursement, j'ai dû attendre au lendemain afin de contacter le gérant, puis patienter encore jusqu'à 72 heures pour que le remboursement soit traité. Une expérience très décevante & un manque évident d'organisation.

Faites le detour & allez ailleurs.

Arrivé à la commande à l'auto à 19h34 seulement ma voiture qui est là, aucune autre voiture attends. Très longue attente pour un repas , finalement ça arrive à 19h52 . Complètement inadmissible d'attendre plus de 18 minutes pour UN demi en cuisses surtout qu'il avait aucun rush & aucune autre voiture en attente . Évidemment la direction va ecrire qu'il son désolé de notre expérience etc…

J'ai pris le temps de commander en ligne à emporter parce que je devais partir rapidement. J'avais demandé que mon repas soit prêt à 16 h 45 & je suis arrivée à l'heure pour le récupérer.

Par contre, j'ai dû attendre environ 20 minutes de plus avant d'avoir ma commande… Le but de commander en ligne, c'est justement de ne pas attendre. J'ai même dû demander aux employés à deux reprises si mon repas était prêt, alors que j'étais pressée.

Honnêtement, je n'ai pas été satisfaite du service. Malgré le fait que j'avais commandé à l'avance, je suis quand même arrivée en retard à mon prochain rendez-vous. Je suis vraiment déçue.
