There was a booth & I had a baby so I asked for the booth to easily brestfeed him.
There was no booth so we got a table.
Shortly after there was a free booth so I asked if we could change
They just gave it to another customer saying we already placed our order. Not very customer oriented.... is it that hard to transfer an order from one table number to another?
The food was not good... the salmon did not taste fresh neither the fruits. I was almost worried to get food poisoning, asking myself should I keep eating this

Notre visite du 2 septembre. Dû au fait qu'il y avait un avis de faire bouillir l'eau à Boucherville il n'y avait pas de café comme si l'eau en bouteille n'existait pas. J'ai commandé gruau avec pommes caramellisées au premier service les pommes avait été réchauffées sur la plaque a cuisson & étaient brulées je les ai retournées au deuxieme service elles étaient crues donc pas mangeable avec du gruau. Le gruau avec été cuit avec un liquide quelconque & était beaucoup trop trop liquide.
La seule chose qui était normal était la facture.

Le service est beaucoup trop long surtout quand on a des enfants & attente trop longue pour avoir une table de 6 personnes alors qu'il y a deux personnes qui occupent une table de 4. A 13h45 toujours pas servis. Dommage !

À chaque fois que je vais chez Ben & Florentine, je suis très satisfaite de la qualité de la nourriture. Les fruits sont toujours excellents & les plats diversifiés. Les serveuses sont souriantes & nous font passer un bon moment en étant à l'écoute de nos besoins. Ce restaurant à déjeuner se démarque grandement de la concurrence. Je vous conseille d'essayer le club déjeuner ou encore les gaufres maisons faites avec du vrai Nutella, les enfants adorent!!!
