I've been coming here for many years though not lately as I live in Europe... But I came this morning as I was passing by... I had a Great breakfast. The customer service is atrocious not to mention the overly inflated prices. I placed an order for pick up when I arrived I was left standing at the door for 10 minutes, I had walk I to the kitchen & say hello before I was greeted & served. My order was a club sandwich with two drinks, my total came to $40. I was in such in a hurry & overly annoyed so I tapped my card & left only realizing the amount when I got home. I then proceeded to call the restaurant & inquire why it was $40 for a club sandwich & two drinks & I was met over the phone with attitude & a condescending tone. Not to mention the food was mediocre at best, I mean if you are going to charge those prices at least give me a great club sandwich .4004635135623E+43;. My wife told me about this place & so we decided to go in, we just got back from Vancouver & we were looking for something new, we got there late it was close to closing time they told us to come in & we enjoyed our supper it was very welcoming the staff was great service was great the food was delicious, we will stop in again.View more

We recently had a retirement party, with about 45 people. We have gone to other restaurants with about 20-25 people. & other restaurants did not meet the excellence of this restaurant. The food was all delicious & prepared well & served hot. The set menu had a good variety, along with soup or salad & dessert with hot beverage. The price was very reasonable(especially during these days, with very high food prices).
The staff worked together, like a well oiled machine. Always courteous & polite. Anything we asked for, was given right away. We never needed to ask for water, they would bring it by, from time to time. Which is good with a large group. They knew when to wait for us to honour the guest & give gifts & when to start serving us. I already knew that this was a good restaurant to go with family & friends. & now, as you can see, with such a great experience, I would not hesitate to go there with a large group.View more
