Went to Barbies for the first time, the server was nice but the service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was empty & there were only 3-4 tables in the servers section. When we got there, we sat for about 5-10 minutes before the server came to see us. Afterwards, getting the food was pretty fast but once we were done with our food, we sat with our dirty plates in front of us for around 20 minutes, if not more, while the server walked by us a bunch of times, & the busser as well.View more

The customer service is atrocious not to mention the overly inflated prices. I placed an order for pick up when I arrived I was left standing at the door for 10 minutes, I had walk I to the kitchen & say hello before I was greeted & served. My order was a club sandwich with two drinks, my total came to $40. I was in such in a hurry & overly annoyed so I tapped my card & left only realizing the amount when I got home. I then proceeded to call the restaurant & inquire why it was $40 for a club sandwich & two drinks & I was met over the phone with attitude & a condescending tone.
