Endroit très fréquenté. Grand choix de boissons chaudes & de snacking. Point très négatif : pourquoi les extracteurs d'odeur ne fonctionnent ils pas. C'est vraiment dommage de sentir la friture en sortant de cet endroit ..!!!

Pour un bon café, Balthazar est votre unique choix à Val-D'Or. De plus, ils ont un vaste choix de viennoiseries, muffins, galettes & biscuits pour le déjeuner. Sandwichs & salades sur l'heure du midi. On ne réinvente pas la roue mais ce qu'ils font, ils le font bien. De tous les choix, nous vous recommandons le sandwich déjeuner si vous avez faim (voir photo). Un peu cher mais ils ne lésinent pas sur la quantité de jambon alors il y a une bonne valeur dans ce sandwich servi sur un bon pain croquant. Great atmosphere. Service was a bit weird with the barista ignoring me & asking the customer behind me what she can get started. Like hello, I'm standing right here, in line & haven't even been greeted yet. The cashier saved it though & got my order in properly. Watching the barista work, she showed little confidence running the machine. I picked up my latte & hit the road, hopeful. 10 minutes later, after my first sip, I dumped my latte on the side of the highway because it tasted so bad. Really bad. It can't normally be this bad otherwise this place would go out of business. I will try again some other time.

Super matcha latté ainsi que chai d'une très grande qualité! Les baristas font bien leur travail & ont la bonne humeur. Café un peu cher, mais pour un produit de cette qualité vous savez que ce n'est pas du Tim Hortons! Je retournerai chaque fois que je passe dans la région!
