Nachos was so disgusting! The dish didn't look like the one on the menu. Really misleading. The toppings were cheezwiz, ranch sauce & banana peppers. It wasn't warm too.

Overall, I had a good experience at this burger place. The food was tasty, & the quality of the burgers was definitely worth it.

However, the waiting time was quite long. We visited in the evening, & it was pretty busy, which probably explains the delay.

Still, despite the wait, the food made up for it. I would come back again, just maybe not during peak hours.

Je souhaite exprimer clairement mon insatisfaction concernant mes dernières commandes. Lors de mes 4 dernières commandes chez B12 Burger, la qualité du steak haché a nettement changé, tant au niveau du goût que de la texture. Un produit que j'appréciais auparavant ne reflète plus du tout le niveau de qualité attendu.

Plus grave encore, lors de ma dernière commande, la viande n'était pas suffisamment cuite. Cela est inacceptable, non seulement en termes de goût, mais aussi du point de vue de la sécurité alimentaire. Une baisse de qualité aussi évidente sur un élément aussi basique est extrêmement décevante.

Nous commandons en faisant confiance à votre marque, mais mes récentes expériences ont sérieusement entamé cette confiance. Je ne sais pas ce qui a changé dans vos produits, mais si la qualité d'avant n'est pas rétablie, je ne compte plus commander chez vous.

Je vous demande de prendre cette situation au sérieux & de faire le nécessaire pour corriger ces problèmes.
