Très bon, meilleur Burger que j'ai mangé à Montréal jusqu'à maintenant & leurs Burgers valent vraiment le prix que certains spot ailleurs a Montréal. Excellent 🫡

Lors de ma visite dans ce restaurant, j'ai été très déçu hier par le comportement de deux caissières. Elles parlaient entre elles de façon inappropriée avec une autre langue que je suis sur que c'est pas français ni anglais & m'ont complètement ignoré pendant un bon moment avant de prendre ma commande. Quand j'ai enfin été servi, le service était froid & peu professionnel.

C'est dommage, car la nourriture est correcte, mais le service doit vraiment être amélioré. J'espère que la direction prendra ce commentaire en considération.

très mauvaise expérience que j'ai vécue dans votre restaurant.

Après avoir effectué mon paiement à la caisse, je me suis rendu compte d'une erreur & j'ai demandé un remboursement seulement quelques secondes après avoir payé. Les deux employées présentes à la caisse ont refusé de me rembourser immédiatement, sans m'expliquer clairement la raison. J'ai dû attendre plus d'une heure, malgré plusieurs demandes, sans aucune prise en charge sérieuse.

Ce n'est qu'après environ une heure & demie d'attente que le remboursement a finalement été effectué. Pendant cette attente, les deux employées ont eu un comportement inacceptable : elles parlaient entre elles dans une langue que je ne comprenais pas, me regardaient, se moquaient de moi & refusaient de me répondre lorsque je leur parlais. Je me suis senti ignoré, manqué de respect & humilié en tant que client.

Un tel comportement est contraire aux règles de base du service à la clientèle. En tant que client, je m'attendais à être traité avec respect, professionnalisme & courtoisie
